Responsibilities

  • Dealmaker. Be the partnership leader to close deals we have in the pipeline, by offering them the right insurance proposal or infusing their services in our products.
  • Get hands dirty. Lead partnership projects, launch campaigns or collaborations and follow up on the effectiveness.
  • Relationship manger. Think in the shoes of our partners, perform industry research and customer journey analysis to identify their needs, pain-points and desires.
  • Orchestrate the harmony. Plan partnership roadmap and factor in lead time from internal teams to ensure a successful onboarding of partners.
  • Aim for growth. Add value to the fast-growing business by penetrating our partners’ customer base or leveraging our partners’ service to enrich our product offering.
  • Share your knowledge. You will mentor junior members on the team.

Requirements

  • Leader of a team. You can see the big picture. You're not hesitant to wear many hats, get hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure results and success.
  • Digital. You work in a digital business – eCommerce, FinTech, FoodTech, HealthTech, TravelTech...and believe insurance can be part of (or speed up) the digital disruption happening in any of these industries.
  • Believe in ecosystem. You have an idea how insurance works nowadays, but you think it can be better by crossing over with partners from other industries.
  • Sell a story. You know how to market the cool ideas you have to the right partner using the right pitch.
  • Introspective and optimistic. You are disciplined in learning about what worked and what didn't. You lead discussions and drive forward with next steps.
