About the Role

You will apply your professional knowledge and expertise to take charge of all policy servicing/administration, from and related strategic planning activities of Bowtie's business.

You will be in charge of all policy servicing and administration related matter - from new policy applications, liaise with our customer support team to contact customers / partners, to provide operations support - and be one of the key persons to deliver great experiences to our customers and internal partners.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Provide policy documentation support for all lines of businesses (both group and individual)
  • Handle policy service requests including, but not limited to policy surrender, policy renewal and policy changes
  • Conduct AML/KYC checks
  • Perform quality check on captured data and reporting
  • Prepare management reports, manuals and correspondence

On top of that, as part of a newly established and energetic insurance company, you will have the opportunity to lead / participate in many special projects, and get exposure to other areas of insurance operations.


About You

  • 3-5 years' policy administration experience in life / health insurance
  • Sensible judgement with a reliable and responsible character
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and ability to relate policy provisions with the loss exposures
  • Bachelor’s degree holder of relevance such as, but not limited to, biology and health related sciences, public health, insurance and risk management, and other technical subjects 
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Energetic personality and good team player - we move fast and we leave no one behind!
