• Handle full range of company secretarial and compliance duties, and corporate governance matters for a group of companies including a licensed entity;
• Manage company secretarial records, registers and statutory filings;
• Arrange and prepare for board and general meetings, committee meetings and shareholder meetings for the companies of the group, and take minutes at these meeting;
• Provide legal and secretarial support and advice during and outside of meetings;
• Participate in the preparation of announcements, circulars, interim/annual reports and disclosure of interests;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on company secretarial matters;
• Assist in reviewing legal contracts and ensuring that arrangements are in place for the safe custody and application of the CommonSeal;
• Maintain current awareness of all legislative, regulatory and governance developments;
• Perform ad hoc projects and corporate exercises 


• Degree holder in Company Secretarial Studies, finalist/associate member of ICSA/HKICS preferred
• 3+ years of practical experience in a professional services firm or the secretarial department of a company
• Working knowledge of corporate legislation, Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions, as well as applicable regulatory requirements
• Good knowledge on HK Companies Ordinance
• Responsible, self-motivated, multi-tasking individual who can handle pressure with a keen eye for details
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
