• Set up acquisition plan for new customers through partnership.
• Explore opportunities and discuss with traditional and online business partners to market our products.
• Negotiate commercial termswith business partners and develop business case to maximize the benefits to the company.
• Collaborate with branding and marketing leaders to deliver creative online/offline customer acquisition campaigns.
• Design the dashboard for monitoring and report progress to management regularly.  
• Act as a key member in the product development meeting to provide ongoing feedback and suggested productor platform changes.


• Experience in acquiring customers through direct marketing especially in the digital world.
• Experience in establishing relationships and negotiating commercial terms with business partners.
• Familiar with thee-commerce environment and regulations introduced by the Insurance Authority, Office of Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, etc
• Ability to perform analysis and react to the market to improve business performance. 
• Ability to drive business targets with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Strong understanding of medical service ecosystem in Hong Kong.
• Experience in life and health insurance is a plus. 
Candidate with less related working experience will be considered as Partnership Associate.
