曾英賢博士 Dr. Vincent Tsang

Dr. Tsang has more than 35 years of international experience. He has served as an actuarial consultant in Hong Kong and the United States. He had been CEO of one of the Big Four accounting firms for over a decade. He holds a doctorate degree from the University of Michigan, and is a member of the North American Actuarial Council (NAAC) and the American Association of Actuaries.
