條款及細則
1. 現有個人保險產品客戶、公司醫療保險計劃成員及「眼保健」護眼計劃成員(「現有客戶」)專享限時優惠 (「此推廣」)只適用於由即日起至 2026 年 3 月 31 日期間（包括首尾兩天）（「推廣期」）成功批核之任何 Bowtie 自願醫保、任何 Bowtie 危疾保、Bowtie 戰癌保、 Bowtie 觸木保或 Bowtie 人壽保之保單（「合資格保單」）。

2. 合資格保單可享有以下優惠：

任何 Bowtie 自願醫保：首年保費 35 折並包括全面牙科服務一次（「此牙科服務」）
Bowtie 危疾保、Bowtie 多重危疾保及 Bowtie 早期及多重危疾保：首年保費 35 折並包括全面牙科服務一次（「此牙科服務」）
Bowtie 仔女成長危疾保：首年保費 8 折
Bowtie 人壽保：首年保費 35 折
Bowtie 戰癌保及 Bowtie 觸木保：首年保費 35 折

3. 合資格保單須符合以下條件方可享有上述優惠：

投保人須持有一張或以上生效中的任何 Bowtie 自願醫保、任何 Bowtie 危疾保、Bowtie 戰癌保、 Bowtie 觸木保或 Bowtie 人壽保之保單，或現為生效中的 Bowtie 公司醫療保險計劃或「眼保健」護眼計劃之計劃成員；
使用推廣編號【2026VIP03】投保；
受保人在申請新保單時須從未成為同款 Bowtie 產品（即 Bowtie 自願醫保、Bowtie 危疾保、Bowtie 危疾保（多重保障）、Bowtie 危疾保（早期及多重保障）、Bowtie 仔女成長危疾保、Bowtie 戰癌保、 Bowtie 觸木保或 Bowtie 人壽保）保單下的受保人；
保單須於推廣期內獲繕發。如投保人於合資格保單的首個保單年度申請索償，必須持有一張或以上生效中的 Bowtie 產品保單，否則 Bowtie 有權拒絕相關索償申請。
建議在申請之前仔細閱讀保險的細則及條款。

4. 此牙科服務由 Bowtie 第三方服務供應商（「第三方供應商」）所提供，受以下條款約束：

此牙科服務只限年滿 6 歲或以上的合資格保單受保人享用，不可轉讓。
此牙科服務項目包括：口腔檢查和諮詢、洗牙、環迥X光1張 (OPG) 或口腔細X-光片2張 (視乎牙醫診斷認為有需要) 及氟素治療。（視乎牙醫診斷認為有需要）。
此牙科服務有效期為發出後 12 個月，客戶須於有效期內兌換此牙科服務，否則該名額將作廢無效，並不獲補發
此牙科服務須視乎第三方供應商實際營運情況而定，客戶需依照由 Bowtie 發出之換領信內的指引預約及兌換服務。
Bowtie 將於保單生效起 45 天後發出此牙科服務之換領電郵，客戶可根據指示享用優惠
此牙科服務不可更換、退回、轉換其他禮品，或與其他推廣優惠同時使⽤。
如保單持有人於合資格保單的首個保單年度終結前取消保單或退保，Bowtie 有權追討有關牙科服務之費用。
Bowtie 並非此牙科服務之供應商，此牙科服務由第三方供應商提供。由此牙科服務所產生之任何責任，及有關服務之任何問題或投訴或其相關服務質素，Bowtie 概不負責，請直接與有關供應商或第三方聯絡或查詢。
Bowtie及第三方供應商對此優惠保留最終決定權，並有權終止或用同等價值及/或規格的獎品代替原先全部或部份服務及優惠而不作事前通知。
任何因電腦、網路等技術問題導致投保人所遞交的資料有所遲延、遺失、錯誤的情況，Bowtie 毋須負上任何責任。所有與投保有關之日期及時間（包括但不限推廣期）均以 Bowtie 的時間紀錄為準。

5. 現有客戶在投保前，應先了解產品資訊，並查閱保單條款及細則。

6. Bowtie 有權隨時暫停、更改或終止此推廣及其條款及細則而毋須事先通知。如有任何爭議，Bowtie 保留最終決定權。

7. 任何因電腦、網路等技術問題導致投保人所遞交的資料有所遲延、遺失、錯誤的情況，Bowtie 毋須負上任何責任。所有與投保有關之日期及時間（包括但不限推廣期）均以 Bowtie 的時間紀錄為準。

Bowtie Existing Customer Offer

1.Existing customers of Bowtie individual insurance policy, Group Medical members and Bowtie Vision EyeCare plan members (“Existing customers”) can enjoy a limited-time offer ("The Offer") is only applicable to Bowtie VHIS, Bowtie Critical Illness, Bowtie Term Life, Bowtie Cancer Fighter, and Bowtie Touchwood Protector ("Eligible policy") that is successfully submitted and issued during the period from now until March 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

2.Existing customers are entitled to the offer:

Any Bowtie VHIS Plan: 65% off the first year premium, which includes Comprehensive Dental Service (“the Dental Service”) 1 time;
Bowtie Term CI, Term CI Multiple Cover, Term CI Early Stage and Multiple Cover : 65% off the first year premium, which includes Comprehensive Dental Service (“the Dental Service”) 1 time
Bowtie Term Life: 65% off first year premium‍
Bowtie Children's Growth Term CI: 20% off first year premium;
Bowtie Cancer Fighter and Bowtie Touchwood Protector: 65% off first year premium

3.All the following conditions in regard to the eligible policy must be satisfied for the existing customer to be entitled to the offer:

The policyholders must hold at least one in-force policy of any Bowtie VHIS plans, any Bowtie Term CI plans, Bowtie Term Life plan, Bowtie Accidental Medical plan, any Bowtie Cancer Medical plans, or a member of in-force policy of Bowtie Group Medical plans and Bowtie VisionCare plans.
Use the promotion code “2026VIP03” when applying for the new policy;
The insured individual must not have been insured under the same Bowtie product when the policyholder applies for the new policy;
The new policy must be issued within the Promotion Period. For any claims made in the eligible policy in the first policy year, policyholders must hold at least one in-force Bowtie policy, otherwise Bowtie reserves the right to reject the claim.
Existing customers are advised to read through and understand the terms and conditions of the insurance policy before application.

4 .The Dental Services are provided by the third party provider. Terms and conditions apply:

The Dental Services is only available to Eligible Policy insureds aged 6 or above and is non-transferable.
The Dental Services include: Oral examination and consultation, Scaling and polishing, Either one panoramic X-ray or up to two intra-oral small film radiographs (subject to the dentist’s diagnosis) and Fluoride Treatment (subject to dentist's diagnosis).
The Dental Services are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. Customers need to redeem the Dental Services within the effective period. Otherwise, it will be invalid and will not be reissued.
The Dental Services are subject to the actual operating conditions of the third-party provider. Customers are required to follow the instructions provided in the redemption email issued by Bowtie to make appointments and redeem the Dental Services.
Bowtie will send out a redemption email after 45 days after the policy becomes effective. Customers can enjoy the Dental Services according to the instructions in the redemption email.
The Dental Services cannot be exchanged, returned, exchanged for other gifts, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
If the policyholder cancels or surrenders the Eligible Policy before the end of the first policy year, Bowtie shall have the right to recover the fee of the Dental Services.
Bowtie is not the provider of the Dental Services, which are provided by the third party provider. Bowtie is not responsible for any liability arising out of the Dental Services by the third-party provider, nor for any problems or complaints about the service or its related service quality, please contact or inquire directly with the relevant provider or third party.
Bowtie and the third-party provider reserve the right of final decision on the above promotions and reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or substitute the Dental Services with an alternative gift with equal monetary value and/or specification and change the details of the Offer without prior notice.
Bowtie will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues. All dates and times related to the Offer.

5. Existing customers are advised to read through and understand the terms and conditions of the insurance policy before application.

6. Bowtie reserves the right of final decision on the above promotion and reserves the right to suspend, change the details of the offer, or terminate this promotion without prior notice. In case of any dispute in relation to the offer, the decision of Bowtie shall be final and conclusive.

7. Bowtie will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues. All dates and times related to the Offer.
