此 200 份標準身體檢查名額僅供成功登記之申請人。禮品數量有限，先到先得，送完即止。Bowtie 保留以其他同等價值之禮品或優惠替代的權利。
此身體檢查由 Bowtie 與 JP Partners Medical Centre Limited（下稱「Bowtie & JP Health」）提供，並受以下條款及細則約束：
1. 每個登記的電話號碼僅可兌換一次身體檢查優惠。若登記人未滿15歲，其名額將自動失效。
2. 此身體檢查僅供年滿 15 歲或以上人士使用，檢查項目包括：血液分析、全血細胞計數、尿素及肌酸酐、肝功能檢查（谷丙轉氨酶、谷草轉氨酶、丙種谷氨酰轉移肽酶）、血脂分析（總膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、三酸甘油脂）、空腹血糖、甲型肝炎抗體及病毒基因測試、乙型肝炎抗體及病毒基因測試，以及小便分析。
身體檢查服務需視乎 Bowtie & JP Health 的實際營運情況而定，名額有限，先到先得。
Bowtie 並非身體檢查之供應商，身體檢查由 Bowtie & JP Health 提供。由身體檢查或其他 Bowtie & JP Health 提供的服務所產生之任何責任，及有關服務之任何問題或投訴或其相關服務質素，Bowtie 概不負責，請直接與有關供應商或第三方聯絡或查詢。
此身體檢查僅限登記電話號碼的持有人使用，不得轉售、轉讓、更換、退回，或兌換為其他禮品，亦不可與其他推廣優惠合併使用。
Bowtie 將於7個工作天內，向符合資格的參加者發送 WhatsApp 訊息通知兌換詳情；如有任何爭議，Bowtie 將保留最終決定權。
Bowtie 保留隨時審核參加者資格、修改、暫停或取消此優惠及其條款與細則的權利，且無須事先通知。

Bowtie Mid-Autumn Thanksgiving Festival 2025 Terms and Conditions

During the event period (from 12:00 PM on October 7, 2025 to October 31, 2025), complete registration by entering a Hong Kong phone number on the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival Appreciation website, and you will have a chance to receive one of 200 limited standard body check-ups.

These 200 standard health check-ups are exclusively for successfully registered applicants. Gifts are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be offered until stocks last. Bowtie reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item or offer of similar value.

This health check-up is provided by Bowtie x JP Partners Medical Centre Limited ("Bowtie & JP Health") and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Each registered phone number is eligible for only one health check-up offer. If the participant is under 15 years of age, the quota will be forfeited.
This health check-up is only available to individuals aged 15 or above. The package includes: Blood Analysis, Complete Blood Count, Urea & Creatinine, Liver Function Tests (ALT, AST, GGT), Lipid Profile (Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, Triglycerides), Fasting Blood Glucose, Hepatitis A Antibody & PCR Test, Hepatitis B Antibody & PCR Test, and Urinalysis.
The provision of this health check-up is subject to the actual operational situation of Bowtie & JP Health. Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
This health check-up is exclusively for the holder of the registered phone number. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for other gifts, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
Bowtie will send a WhatsApp message to eligible participants within 7 working days with details on how to redeem the check-up; in case of any disputes, Bowtie's decision shall be final.
Bowtie reserves the right to verify a participant's eligibility, amend, suspend, or cancel this offer and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
