保泰人壽保險有限公司聲明啟本公司早前曾接獲通知,指本公司於2019年3月中推出的其中一則平面廣告之畫面與某外國雜誌曾刊登的內容有相似之嫌。本公司在得悉是次事件後已立即向負責該廣告之廣告公司作出調查。該廣告公司已向本公司致歉並承諾將承擔是次事件的責任。本公司當時已即時停用該廣告,並就對於為此事件負責之廣告公司監管不足及是次事件所帶來的不便致歉。本公司已與該廣告公司終止合作,並承諾於日後加強有關方面的監管。
本公司將繼續致力運用創意與科技為香港人提供全數碼的保險體驗,提供真正合身的純保障自願醫保產品。

To coincide with our launch in April 2019, we commissioned four adverts to be displayed online and outdoor starting from March 2019. After the campaign went live, it was brought to our attention that the artistic direction of one advert was similar to a piece from another artist. As soon as we were made aware, we immediately removed it from our website and stopped all subsequent outdoor and online placements. It was never our intention to copy an artistic direction. The adverts were developed by our previous creative agency, which we are no longer working with.
We strive to continue to leverage technology and our creativity to provide fully-digital insurance experience and protection-based Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme products to Hong Kong people.
