The Bowtie "Boat Wedding Limited Time Offer" ("This Offer") is only applicable to the policy ("Eligible Policy") that is successfully submitted and issued from September 29, 2024, and October 31, 2024 ("Promotion Period").

2. "New Customer" refers to the insured person who has never been under the protection of or held any Bowtie individual insurance policy.
3. The pre-marital checkup service is provided by third-party supplier Bowtie & JP Health, subject to the following terms:
4. The Offer is valid from September 29, 2024, to December 31, 2024 ("Redemption Period"). 
5. Eligible customers must complete the pre-marital checkup at Bowtie & JP Health before the end of the "Redemption Period" on December 31, 2024.
6. Bowtie will send a redemption email for the free pre-marital checkup service within 45 days after the customer's policy becomes effective. The customer and their designated companion can make an appointment within the validity period specified in the email and visit Bowtie & JP Health to use the free pre-marital checkup service according to the instructions in the email.
7. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash or other considerations.
8. This offer is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other health check items.

10. If the policyholder cancels the policy or surrenders before the end of the first policy year of the Eligible Policy, Bowtie reserves the right to recover the cost of the pre-marital checkup package.

Bowtie is not responsible for any liability arising from this service or other services provided by Bowtie & JP Health, or any issues, complaints, or quality of service related to these services. Please contact the relevant supplier or third party directly for inquiries.
12. Bowtie and the third-party supplier reserve the right of final decision on this offer and the right to terminate or replace all or part of the original services and offers with prizes of equal value and/or specifications without prior notice.
13. Bowtie shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, or error of information submitted by the applicant due to computer, network, or other technical issues. All dates and times related to the application (including but not limited to the Promotion Period) shall be based on Bowtie's time records.
