Bowtie 公司醫療保險計劃超前預留優惠條款及細則

於活動期內完成登記，並於 180 日內以專屬優惠碼投保指定 Bowtie 公司團體醫療保險計劃（Basic Bronze 及公司門診保計劃除外），可獲首年保費 8 折優惠及 HK$400 HKTVmall 電子購物禮券。

1. 此優惠只適用於成功投保保泰公司團體醫療保險之新客戶，參與企業須於活動期內完成網上登記並於優惠碼有效期內按指示完成投保。活動期由即日起至 2026 年 7 月 31 日，以遞交網上登記表格時間計。

2. 「新客戶」指在活動期內沒有持有任何 Bowtie 公司醫療保險保單之企業客戶，不限於此前是否曾聯絡 Bowtie 查詢報價。

3. 在此條款及細則約束下，投保人之合資格保單須符合以下項目 3.1 - 3.7 之條件方可獲首年保費 8 折優惠及 HK$400 HKTVmall 電子購物禮券（禮券）。

3.1 須於活動期內提交指定網上表格，登記公司聯絡資料，以啟動專屬優惠碼；
3.2 於優惠碼有效期間（180 日內或至另行通知）使用指定優惠碼遞交指定 Bowtie 公司醫療保險計劃投保申請；
3.3 指定公司醫療保險計劃包括 Basic Silver、Basic Gold、Pro Bronze、Pro Silver、Pro Gold、Pro Platinum、靈活照顧系列（Flexi Care Series）以及自選專屬公司醫保計劃；
3.4 投保公司須目前未持有任何保泰公司團體醫療保險計劃之保單；
3.5 合資格保單必須有至少 3 名員工或以上；
3.6 申請須獲 Bowtie 成功批核；合資格保單必須維持生效期最少 3 個⽉。
3.7 如申請人於禮券換領電郵發出前取消訂閱 Bowtie 企業電子通訊，換領電郵或未能自動發送。如因取消訂閱而未能收到換領電郵，請聯絡 bowtie_team@bowtie.com.hk 安排人手處理。

4. 本優惠下，每張團體保單可獲首年保費的最高折扣總額不得超過 HK$8,000。

5. 名額有限，每間公司或機構只限參與此優惠並獲得禮券 1 次。參與者須以公司電郵登記。

6. Bowtie 保留隨時查核參加者資格的權利。

7. Bowtie 將會在符合資格的保單維持有效期 3 個月後的 75 天內，向保單持有人登記的電子郵件地址發送禮券換領電郵。保單持有人可以直接使用換領電郵提供的聯繫信息進行兌換。

8. 禮品數量有限，先到先得，送完即止。Bowtie 保留以其他同等或相若價值禮品或優惠代替的權利。

9. 此優惠不可更換、退回、轉換其他禮品、轉售，或與其他推廣優惠及/或現金券同時使用，包括「Bowtie 公司醫保限時轉會優惠」及「Bowtie 公司醫保迎新優惠」。如有與其他「Bowtie 公司醫保超前預留優惠」同時使用的情況，則以禮品金額較高者為準，而優惠碼有效期將自動延長至最新登記日起計 180 日。

10. 任何因電腦、網路等技術問題導致投保人所遞交的資料有所延遲、遺失、錯誤的情況，Bowtie 毋須負上任何責任。所有與投保有關之日期及時間（包括但不限優惠期）均以 Bowtie 的時間紀錄為準。

11. Bowtie 保留在不作任何事前通知的情況下修改、暫停或取消此優惠及修改其條款及細則的權利。

12. 如有任何爭議，Bowtie 將保留最終決定權。

13. 是次活動禮品之 HKTVmall 電子購物禮券由 Bowtie 送出，HKTVmall 並不參與優惠活動。

14. Bowtie 並非此禮品之供應商，有關服務之任何問題或投訴或其相關服務質素，Bowtie 概不負責。 HKTVmall 電子購物禮券受 HKTVmall 的條款與細則約束。如有任何有關禮品卡之爭議HKTVmall 保留使用上的最終決定權。

Bowtie Corporate Medical Insurance Plan Reserve-First Offer Terms and Conditions

Register during the promotional period and purchase selected Bowtie Corporate Medical Insurance Plan (excluding the Basic Bronze Plan and Corp Outpatient Plan) within 180 days using your exclusive promo code to receive a 20% discount on the first year's premium and an HK$400 HKTVmall e-voucher.

1. This offer is exclusively for new clients who successfully purchase Bowtie Corporate Medical Insurance. Participating companies must complete the subscription as instructed within the offer period, which lasts until 31 July, 2026.

2. A "new client" refers to a corporate client who does not hold any Bowtie Corporate Medical Insurance policy during the promotional period, regardless of prior inquiries or quotes from Bowtie.

3. To qualify for the 20% first-year premium discount and the HK$400 HKTVmall e-voucher (“the voucher”) under these terms and conditions, the policyholder must fulfil the following criteria (Sections 3.1 - 3.7):

3.1. Submit the designated online form within the promotional period to register company contact information and activate the exclusive promo code.
3.2. Submit an application for a designated Bowtie Corporate Medical Insurance Plan using the specified promo code during the offer period (within 180 days or until further notice).
3.3. Designated Corporate Medical Insurance Plans include Basic Silver, Basic Gold, Pro Bronze, Pro Silver, Pro Gold, Pro Platinum, Flexi Care Series, and Tailor-made corporate medical insurance plans.
3.4. The subscribing company must not have previously held any Bowtie Corporate Medical Insurance Plan policy.
3.5. The eligible policy must cover at least 3 employees.
3.6. The application must be successfully approved by Bowtie, and the eligible policy must remain active for a minimum of 3 months.
3.7. If the applicant cancels their Bowtie corporate e-newsletter subscription before the gift redemption email is sent, the email may not be delivered automatically. If you do not receive the redemption email, please contact bowtie_team@bowtie.com.hk for manual processing.

4. The maximum total discount value applied to the first-year premium under this offer shall not exceed HK$8,000 per group policy.

5. This offer is limited. Each company or organisation is eligible to participate and receive the voucher only once. Participants must register with a company email address.

6. Bowtie reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time.

7. Bowtie will send the gift redemption email to the policyholder's registered email address within 75 days after the eligible policy has been active for 3 months. Policyholders can redeem the voucher directly using the contact information provided in the redemption email.

8. Voucher quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Bowtie reserves the right to substitute the voucher with other gifts or offers of equivalent or similar value.

9. This offer is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and/or cash vouchers, including the "Bowtie Corporate Medical Insurance Limited-Time Switching Offer" and "Bowtie Corporate Medical Insurance Welcome Offer." In case of stacking with another "Bowtie Corporate Medical Insurance Reserve-First Offer," the offer with the higher gift value shall prevail, and the validity of the promo code will be automatically extended to 180 days from the latest registration date.

10. Bowtie shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or errors in submitted applicant information due to technical issues such as computer or network problems. All dates and times related to the application (including the offer period) are subject to Bowtie's time records.

11. Bowtie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer and amend its terms and conditions without prior notice.

12. In case of any dispute, Bowtie reserves the right to make the final decision.

13. The HKTVmall e-shopping voucher for this promotion is provided by Bowtie, and HKTVmall is not involved in the promotional activity.

14. Bowtie is not the supplier of this gift and is not responsible for any issues, complaints, or quality of service related to it. The HKTVmall e-shopping voucher is subject to HKTVmall's terms and conditions. In case of any dispute regarding the gift card's use, HKTVmall reserves the right to make the final decision.
