安柏環球財富管理有限公司（「安柏」）僅擔任市場推廣夥伴角色，並不就 Bowtie 產品作出推薦、招攬或提供保險意見、產品建議、申請處理、核保、保單簽發或理賠服務。
安柏因提供市場推廣服務而獲 Bowtie 以市場推廣費形式支付報酬，而您同意繼續進行本保險交易，即構成您同意該市場推廣費支付予安柏。
市場推廣、報酬及個人資料收集聲明
Bowtie就是次分享部分保單資料予安柏僅作儲存紀錄、業務及合規目的之用，並受Bowtie及安柏的私隱政策約束。
- 分享的個人資料種類
- 保單持有人的中文及英文姓氏；
- 「已去識別化的身份證號碼」：保單持有人身份證號碼起起首字母及首4位數字；
- 保單號碼、產品名稱、保額、保單生效日及保單狀況。
- 是次分享個人資料給安柏的主要目的
- 有關保單資料僅嚴格用於安柏的業務及合規用途，包括遵守適用的法律、監管、審計及紀錄保存要求。
- 就上述目的收集的個人資料不會用於直接促銷用途。為免存疑，本聲明並不會改變您現時就接收安柏直接促銷資訊所作出的選擇。
- 保安措施
- 上述保單資料將以電子方式儲存在安柏的指定伺服器，並受密碼保護或同等保安措施保障；您的個人資料只會由安柏獲授權的員工查閱。
- 資料保存
- 安柏將只在達成上述目的所需期間內保存上述保單資料，或按適用法律、監管、審計、合規及紀錄保存要求所需的期間保存。當有關資料不再需要時，安柏將按照其內部政策安全刪除或銷毀有關資料。
Personal Information Collection Statement – AMG partnership
AMG Wealth Management Limited (“AMG”) acts only as a marketing partner and does not recommend, solicit or provide insurance advice, product recommendation, application handling, underwriting, policy issuance or claims service in relation to Bowtie products. AMG is remunerated by Bowtie for its marketing services in the form of a marketing fee, and your agreement to proceed with this insurance transaction constitutes your consent to the payment of that marketing fee to AMG.
Marketing, Remuneration and Personal Information Collection Statement
Bowtie’s sharing of specific policy information with AMG is solely for business and compliance purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policies of Bowtie and AMG.
- Types of Personal Data Shared
- Policyholder’s surname in Chinese and English;
- "Masked ID Number": The initial letter and the first 4 digits of the Policyholder’s identity card number;
- Policy number, product name, sum assured, policy effective date, and policy status.
- Primary Purposes of Sharing Personal Data with AMG
- The policy data is shared strictly for AMG’s business and compliance purposes, including compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, audit and record-keeping requirements.
- Personal data collected pursuant to this purpose will not be used for direct marketing purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, this statement does not change your current preferences for receiving direct marketing information from AMG.
- Security Measures
- The aforementioned policy data will be stored electronically on AMG’s designated servers and will be password-protected or protected by equivalent security measures; your personal data will only be accessed by its authorized employees.
- Retention of Data
- AMG will retain the aforementioned policy data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes, or for such period as may be required for applicable legal, regulatory, audit, compliance and record-keeping requirements. When the data is no longer required, AMG will securely delete or destroy it in accordance with its internal policies.
