This Privacy Policy Statement explains why and how Bowtie collects, uses and discloses your personal data and the corresponding measures being, and to be, taken to secure your data in a confidential manner.

Please be aware that any personal data collected will be used for direct marketing only upon your consent. Bowtie will not conduct direct marketing to you in case you do not wish to receive relevant materials. In this case, you will not be informed of the specific products, services or subject mentioned below.

If you do not agree using any kind of your personal data for any types of transmission, in respect of your data, including name, address, email and telephone number for direct marketing, please indicate your objection before providing any personal information by informing us in writing via the contact below.

Third party providers

Our website contains products or services provided by third parties and also quotation of the products/services of third parties as per your requests. If you intend to enter into a contract with a third party through this Website, we will transfer your Personal Data to the third party. Once we have transferred your Personal Data to third parties, our work is done. Your Personal Data are then controlled by the privacy policy from the third parties. You should read through their privacy policies and other relevant terms before entering into a contract with the third parties. Bowtie is not responsible for any liability for how third party providers use your Personal Data.

While most of your Personal Data is collected directly from you, if you choose to link your Bowtie account with third parties or use third-party identity verification (e.g., Google) sign-in services, we may also collect your personal data (such as your name, email address and unique identifiers) from these third parties. By choosing to link your accounts or use these third-party services, you authorize us to collect, use, and store the data provided by these third parties consistent with this PICS. You acknowledge that the transfer of such data from the third party to Bowtie is governed by your agreement with that third party and the privacy practices applicable to that third party.

International Visitors

The service is hosted in the Hong Kong and is intended solely for visitors located within Hong Kong. You agree that if you choose to use the services from outside Hong Kong, you will be transferring your information outside of those regions to Hong Kong for storage and processing.

In the Event of Merger or Sale

Bowtie reserves the right to transfer or assign the information that we have collected from users in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
