The Flu Shot is provided by Bowtie x JP Partners Medical Centre Limited (“Bowtie & JP Health”). Terms and conditions apply:
a. Bowtie will only offer one flu shot for the insured person
b. The Flu Shot is suitable for ages 6 months or above. It cannot be transferred or resold to others and cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted to other gifts, or used in conjunction with other offers.
c. Get the flu vaccine early before the winter flu peak to allow time for antibody development.
d. Individuals with severe allergic reactions to any vaccine component or previous flu vaccines should not be vaccinated.
e. People with blood disorders or taking anticoagulants should consult a doctor before vaccination.
f. If the policyholder cancels or surrenders the Eligible Policy before the end of the first policy year, Bowtie reserves the right to recover the fee of The Flu Shot .
g. Bowtie will send out a redemption email after 45 days after the policy becomes effective. Customers can enjoy The Flu Shot according to the instructions in the redemption email
h. The Offer is subject to Bowtie & JP Health availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bowtie is not the supplier of The Flu Shot and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of The Flu Shot and is not responsible for any matter relating to the Offer. Bowtie & JP Health is the supplier of The Flu Shot and is responsible for all issues on the provision, obligations and disputes relating to The Flu Shot. Please contact the supplier or third party directly for any queries.
Bowtie and Bowtie & JP Health reserve the right to substitute The Flu Shot (or part of The Flu Shot) with an alternative gift with equal monetary value and/or specification.
Bowtie will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues. All dates and times related to the Offer (including but not limited to the Promotion Period) are recorded according to the reception of Bowtie’s server and computer records.
Bowtie reserves the rights of the final decision, including suspending, terminating or changing details of the Offer and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
