1-year MyDoc Telemedicine Service (“the Telemedicine Service”) is provided by the third party provider and sponsored by Bowtie. Terms and conditions apply: a. The Telemedicine Service is only available to Eligible Policy insureds aged 8 or above and is non-transferable. b. The Telemedicine Service includes: - The Service entitles customers to use the Telemedicine Service in accordance with the instructions of MyDoc shown in the Bowtie customer portal within the relevant Service contract period for unlimited number of times (no charge for consultation with a general practitioner and medicine). - Includes basic 2-day basic medication, delivery and sick leave certificate (if applicable). c. The Telemedicine Service is subject to the Terms and Conditions of MyDoc. In case of any disputes regarding the service, the decision of MyDoc shall be final and binding. d. The Telemedicine Service is subject to the actual operating conditions of the third party provider. Customers are required to follow the instructions provided in the redemption email issued by Bowtie to make appointments and redeem the Telemedicine Service. e. The service time of the Telemedicine Service is from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm (Except public holidays and black rainstorm warning or typhoon warning signal No. 8 or higher or extreme conditions are in effect). f. Submit personal information and sign the service agreement online. Customers must login to Bowtie online platform to use this service. If the Customer is under the age of 18, the patient's parent or guardian shall provide his/her personal information for registration and shall be present during the consultation. g. Customers are not required to download any software or mobile application to use the service. h. Wait for the doctor to start the consultation. Customers will need to use a smartphone or device with a camera for this service. The consultation time for each session is approximately 15-20 minutes. i. If medication is required after consultation, the prescribed medicine and receipt (if required) will be sent to your registered delivery address by courier. Please note that medicine which requires refrigeration will not be arranged for delivery. Delivery service hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 11:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm (except public holidays and black rainstorm warning or typhoon warning signal No. 8 or higher or extreme conditions are in effect). Delivery service is not available to outlying islands (e.g. Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Ma Wan and Park Island; with the exception of Tung Chung) and frontier closed areas where a permit from relevant government departments may be required for entry (e.g. Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling and Lok Ma Chau). j. Telemedicine service involves the use of audio, video or other electronic communications to interact with you, consult with your healthcare provider and/or review your medical information for the purpose of diagnosis, therapy, follow-up and/or education. It allows you to receive medical services that may otherwise require you to travel long distances. The use of video technology to deliver healthcare and educational services is a new technology and may not be equivalent to direct patient to physician contact.
The Telemedicine Service cannot be exchanged, returned, exchanged for other gifts, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
If the policyholder cancels or surrenders the Eligible Policy before the end of the first policy year, Bowtie shall have the right to recover the fee of the Telemedicine Service.
Bowtie is not the provider of the Telemedicine Service, which is provided by MyDoc. Bowtie will not be liable for any liability arising from these services or other services provided by MyDoc and its underlying service quality. Bowtie and the third party provider reserve the right of final decision on the above promotions and reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or substitute the Telemedicine Service with an alternative gift with equal monetary value and/or specification and change the details of the Offer without prior notice.
Bowtie will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues. All dates and times related to the Offer.
