Bowtie is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Elaine Chan as a Health Advisor to the company.
She is a member of Food and Health Bureau VHIS Consultative Group and board member of Institute for Health Policy and System Research. With 30 years of experience in the Insurance and Medical industry, she is an expert and takes on several leadership roles in the insurance market and medical scheme in Hong Kong.
With unique insight and deep understanding of the environment, she will provide the Bowtie team professional advice on business development and products; at the same time, advise on Bowtie Group Insurance’s marketing strategy and positioning.
With almost 30 years of experience in Insurance and Medical industry, she is awarded by Hong Kong Federation of Insurers as Outstanding Professional of the Year. Not only as a co-opted member of Working Group on Regulation of Private Hospitals and Working Group of Primary Healthcare, she was also a Medical Insurance Association Chairlady of Hong Kong Federation of Insurers for 4 years. Elaine’s passion on nourishing the next generations made her continuously selected as mentor of Mentorship program for School of Public Health and Primary Care of the Chinese University of Hong Kong for more than 5 years. With such a promising background, She continues the journey and is now the co-Founder of Typhoon Wealth Limited, the Director of HE Synergy.
