Upload Identification Documents

  • You can upload your HKID card as a file or take a photo of it.
  • If you are insuring a family member, you will also need to upload his/her ID card.
  • If you are not a Hong Kong permanent resident, you will need to upload your passport.
  • If you cannot upload the identity document right away, you can do so later.

Provide Credit Card Information

No Fee Charged for Unsuccessful Policy Approval

  • Valid credit card details will be required, but you won’t be charged upfront.
  • Your credit card will be billed for the premium only after your policy is approved.

Credit Card Is Auto-Billed Every Month

  • We will charge your credit card monthly for the premium.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard or AMEX credit cards.
  • The policyholder must pay with their own credit card.
  • If you do not have a valid credit card, please contact our customer service representative.

Policy Approval takes 5 working days

  • We may ask you to submit additional information or make changes as we review your policy application.
  • You will be notified by email if changes are necessary. Then, you can log in to our online platform to submit the necessary changes.
  • We will notify you by email and SMS after the application is approved.

Once approved, the policy will be effective immediately

Updating Credit Card Information

1. Login to our online platform
2. Go to Policy "Payment Methods" "Change Credit Card"
3. Enter valid credit card information
4. Enter the verification code issued by the bank
5. Done!

Policy Cancellation

1. Login to our online platform
2. Navigate to the policy you want to cancel "Payment Method" "Cancel Policy"
3. Agree to the terms and conditions and click "Confirm Surrender"
4. Done!
