A: No, only the insured person can use the health check-up quota. If the insured person is under 15 years old, this health check quota can be transferred to the policyholder for use.

A: The Body Check is only available to persons aged 15 or above. Items include Blood Pressure, Pulse Monitoring, Complete Blood Count, Renal Function Profile, Liver Function Profile I, Lipid Profile I, Diabetes Screening (Glucose, Fasting), and Gout (Uric Acid).
Q: How to redeem the health check-up service?
A: Bowtie will send out a redemption email after 45 days after the policy becomes effective. Customers can enjoy the Body Check according to the instructions in the redemption email
Q: How will claims be handled if treatment is needed after the health check-up?
A: Treatment will be compensated according to the coverage, terms, and conditions of the respective products.Bowtie VHIS will cover symptoms and diagnosed illnesses that emerge after the policy comes into effect. Unless a doctor clearly indicates that the symptoms or illnesses existed before the insurance was taken out, there may be waiting periods for such cases under Bowtie Voluntary Health Insurance.Remember to truthfully disclose your health status during the application process, as inaccurate information might affect future claims.
