現有 Bowtie 自願醫保客戶加購醫健組合限時優惠（「此優惠」）只適用於由 2025 年 9 月 1 日至 2025 年 9 月 29 日期間（包括首尾兩天）(「推廣期」) 成功批核及獲繕發之醫健組合保單（「合資格保單」）。

於 2025 年 9 月 29 日或以前從未加購「Bowtie 港怡醫院醫療健康組合」或「Bowtie 香港中文大學醫院醫療健康組合」之保單，成功於推廣期內加購中大醫院醫健組合或港怡醫院醫健組合，可獲 $600 HKTVmall 電子購物禮券。
Bowtie 將於保單生效起 45 天後發出現金禮卷之換領電郵，客戶可根據指示享用優惠。
如換領電郵有遺失、損毀、更改或逾期，即作廢無效，並不獲補發。
此電子購物禮券只適用於投保人，不得轉售或轉讓他人使用，並不可更換、退回、轉換其他禮品，或與其他推廣優惠同時使⽤。
是次活動禮品之 HKTVmall 電子購物禮券由 Bowtie 送出，HKTVmall 並不參與優惠活動。
Bowtie 並非此禮品之供應商，有關服務之任何問題或投訴或其相關服務質素，Bowtie 概不負責。 HKTVmall 電子購物禮券受 HKTVmall 的條款與細則約束。如有任何有關禮品之爭議HKTVmall 保留使用上的最終決定權。
如保單持有人於合資格保單的首個保單年度終結前取消保單或退保，Bowtie 有權追討有關此電子購物禮券。
Bowtie對此優惠保留最終決定權，並有權終止或用同等價值及/或規格的獎品代替原先全部或部份優惠。
任何因電腦、網路等技術問題導致投保人所遞交的資料有所遲延、遺失、錯誤的情況，Bowtie 毋須負上任何責任。所有與投保有關之日期及時間（包括但不限推廣期）均以 Bowtie 的時間紀錄為準。
Bowtie 有權隨時暫停、更改或終止此優惠及其條款及細則而毋須事先通知。如有任何爭議，Bowtie 保留最終決定權。

Existing Bowtie VHIS Customer Wellness Package Add-on Limited Time Offer Terms and Conditions

The Existing Bowtie VHIS Customer Wellness Package Add-on Limited Time Offer is only applicable to the Wellness Package policy ("Eligible Policy") that is successfully submitted and issued from 1 September 2025 to 29 September 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").

Policy that is without adding on "Bowtie & Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong Wellness Package” or “Bowtie & CUHK Medical Centre (CUHKMC) Wellness Package” on or before September 29, 2025, and successfully purchase additional "Bowtie & Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong Wellness Package” and “Bowtie & CUHK Medical Centre (CUHKMC) Wellness Package” during the promotion period, will receive $600 HKTVmall e-Gift Voucher.
Bowtie will send out a redemption email after 45 days after the policy becomes effective. Customers can enjoy the voucher according to the instructions in the redemption email
The redemption email will not be re-issued if lost and will be invalid if found defaced or altered.
The e-Gift Voucher is available to the insured only. It cannot be transferred or resold to others and cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted to other gifts, or used in conjunction with other offers.
The HKTVmall e-gift voucher for this event is provided by Bowtie, and HKTVmall is not involved in the promotional activity.
Bowtie is not the supplier of the e-Gift voucher and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the e-Gift voucher and is not responsible for any matter relating to the Offer. Bowtie & JP Health is the supplier of the e-Gift voucher and is responsible for all issues on the provision, obligations and disputes relating to the e-Gift voucher. If the policyholder cancels or surrenders the Eligible Policy before the end of the first policy year, Bowtie shall have the right to recover the fee of The meal plan redemption.
Bowtie reserves the right to substitute the offer with an alternative gift with equal monetary value and/or specification.
Bowtie will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues. All dates and times related to the Offer (including but not limited to the Promotion Period) are recorded according to the reception of Bowtie’s server and computer records.
Bowtie reserves the rights of the final decision, including suspending, terminating or changing details of the Offer and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
